Important Pre-Purchase Disclaimer for Natural Crystals
All crystal jewelry sold at MMjewelryshop is made of 100% genuine natural earth-mined stones.Natural crystals cannot be guaranteed completely flawless. Internal mineral inclusions, cotton cloud textures, natural growth veins, tiny natural fissures and subtle surface variations are inherent geological features formed underground. These unique marks are proof of natural origin and shall not be regarded as product defects.
- We will take real photos and videos of your crystal item and send them to you for full confirmation before packaging and shipment. Please carefully check all natural textures, clarity and appearance in the preview materials.
- Once you confirm the item photos/videos, we will arrange delivery. Return or refund requests submitted solely due to natural crystal characteristics (inclusions, veins, cotton textures, minor natural variations) will not be approved.
- Slight color difference between website pictures and physical goods may exist due to lighting, shooting equipment and screen display differences, which is not a valid reason for return.
- If you have strict requirements for crystal clarity, please contact our customer service to request more detailed real shots before placing an order.
1.Eligibility for Refunds
- Products: Refunds are only available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned with natural crystal texture complaints after pre-shipment photo confirmation are ineligible for refund.
- Services: If you have purchased a service and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service being provided. Refunds for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival during transit. Natural crystal textures of customized items are not treated as damage.
2.Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at MMJewelry01@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your product or service. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Return the Product: If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be instructed to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund. Any item returned with normal natural crystal internal textures will be rejected for refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
3.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products that are returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items you confirmed via pre-shipment photos/videos and then request return only due to natural crystal inclusions, veins, cotton or minor natural texture variations
4.Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product caused by shipping collision, please contact us immediately at MMJewelry01@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Natural crystal inherent textures do not count as damage or defects.
5.Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at MMJewelry01@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges will not be accepted if you only dislike natural crystal textures after confirming pre-shipment real photos.
6.Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to transit impact. Natural crystal features do not qualify for return or exchange of final sale goods.
7.Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Shipping Information
We provide fast worldwide delivery for all MMjewelryshop orders.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
